Our group started with Unnati Engineers, which has been the backbone of all our manufacturing efforts. Unnati Engineers specializes in the manufacturing of precision press parts, tools and molds, copper coils, and critical subassemblies. We focus on automating regular processes to increase productivity and quality at competitive prices.

Located in Nashik, in the center of the country, we can cater to worldwide customers. Our plant, spread across 20,000 sq.ft, is equipped with the best machines and latest technology, from production to quality checking. Our press shop is equipped with multiple servo feeder press lines, capable of producing 150 components per minute, giving us an advantage in producing and delivering bulk quantities.

We have best-in-class machines in our tool room, with complete in-house tool manufacturing facilities, enabling us to manufacture tools and molds quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards. We specialize in coil winding with specialized CNC machines, capable of producing 20 lakh coils every month, including rectangular and round profile coils. Additionally, we have multislide machines for critical press parts and a setup for injection molding, making Unnati Engineers a one-stop solution for our customers' needs.

Our quality lab is equipped with a vision measuring machine, hardness tester, plating tester, and tensile testing machine to ensure product quality from the raw material stage.
